This is me the days after watching the last episode of season 1 trying to figure out how it all fits together: I was drawn in from the very first episode (there are 10) and first I thought okay what is going on, what time are we in – the present or the 80s? (because some 80s music are played throughout the episode and series), but by the second episode you realize that time is a fluid thing and you should not get too into trying to figure out what period we’re in – because it’s focusing on 3 periods during the series (only at the some of the late episodes you figure out which ones)… the series jump back and forth and I have, myself, got too into figure out what is happening between the time periods – and you will too if you think of watching Dark!Īnd I will not spoil the ending for you… only be prepared to take ride on the weirdest and amazing rollercoaster ride! You will, by my own and many other’s experience, sit with more questions than answers – a “WTF just happened” feeling! So I thought I would be rusty and would be more focusing on the subtitles than what was happening on screen, but that was not the case AT ALL! The weekend before christmas I scrolled through Netflix, and saw this original series called Dark from 2017… it’s in German, so first I was sceptical because I haven’t spoke any German since school. It has been some time since I posted anything about tv-series and the reason for that is I haven’t had the time to dive into series again… but that is over!
